Yoga is the opportunity to nourish a relationship with self and others. It can inspire and motivate. It is a chance to bridge the divide that we feel between mind and body, through physical, spiritual and emotional practices. It can inform how we relate to the world around us and bring understanding and compassion into our view. Yoga can humble us and bring humor, light and laughter into our lives. Most importantly yoga is a way to live more presently, seize the moment and cherish this magnificent life.
